It was made by the Suntorbach Co. in Adrian, Mich. U.S.A. .
One handle reads "SHARPEN" the other handle reads Russian Boar 540 -
Trade Mark - The Mark of Quility - Suntorbach Adrian, Mich. U.S.A.
In very good overall condition, for it's age (see photos)
the piece of leather that held the two strops together needs to be
replaced.
