Overall the skillet measures 11-1/4" wide (not counting the handle) x 2-1/8" deep.
The domed lid measures 10-1/4" diameter x 4" high

The skillet
Handle and lid knobs are in very good condition, with the normal light scratches
and rubs.
The18-8 Stainless steel skillet bottom is flat, has no warping.
