Early Art Deco all metal construction incandescent goose neck Marks Desk Lamp.
The heavy cast iron base measures 4-1/2" Wide X 6-3/4" Deep X 1" High.
The design of the base is attractive as well as functional. embossed on the bottom Marks 51
There are 2 wells for small desk items and side ribs for writing implements.
The brass Mefcolite shade measures 6-3/4" in diameter X 3-3/4" high dome.
The shade has good threads,  a brass rotary on and off. switch.
The lamps flexible goose neck measures 9-1/2" long  in good working order.  
The cord has been replaced and is in good condition.
