Made by Dazor Mfg Corp, St. Louis, MO, USA.This quality fluorescent Floating Fixture with the magnifier is hard to find
item.
It measures approximately 23" high, the base is 9-1/2" x 7" x 2-1/2" and is very
heavy.
The magnifying glass 5" diameter with no chips or cracks, minor scratches only.
The adjustable arm swivels and adjust fine.
It is in excellent working condition, The lamp looks to have has been repainted.
Has a good 8 ft. electric cord and plug end.
The push button switches work fine.
