Antique Mar/Marx? pressed steel Army Scout Car

Vintage pressed steel truck unknown manufacturer possibly Mar/Marx or Wyandotte?
Approximately 11" long x 3-3/4" wide x 3-1/4" tall
I don't know if it is complete? Condition: Very good as shown in photos,
The 4 wooden wheels wobble some, the body has minor surface rust, rubs and scratches.
