1940's era Chubby Cheek Baby Chalkware String Holder

Vintage Antique chalk ware string holder 8
1/2" high x 7" wide x 3" deep
In very good condition for her age.
No cracks or repairs some paint crazing and minor flaking of the original finish
(see photos below)
Big eyed, chubby cheek baby girl with stripped floral bonnet.
Holds string in hollow pocket in the back and it comes out of her mouth.
There is a wire loop on top of her head for hanging.
These where used in the past before adhesive tape was invented. to wrap
packages.
