Antique 1920's Photo, signed Reietson Studio?, and frame with glass. An estate sale purchase. (More Photos Below)

Their is some sort of grime/fading between the glass and photo.
I'm have not tried cleaning this photo so I'll leave it up to you to get a professional do do it.
Frame has paint flaking and measures 19-3/4" long x 8-1/2" high.

The Walther League was founded in 1893 and named after an American Lutheran patriarch, C. F. W. Walther (1811-1887). The League grew rapidly after World War I. Between 1930 and 1960 the League grew from 1,600 to over 5,000 local societies across the U.S., with a central headquarters located in Chicago’s loop. Many Leaguers went on to become Lutheran church leaders, among them the former Illinois Senator (and presidential candidate) Paul Simon,
